The tricky leprechauns visited our room and left a mess!  We talked about cleaning up after ourselves.  Simple yet meaningful life lessons :)
We worked hard to build some leprechaun traps.  What great imaginations we have!  Some friends chose to paint rainbows to help attract the leprechauns.
Last but not least, we said farewell to Ms. Gina.  The class worked hard making a special gift for Ms. Gina.  We wish her luck as she begins her next placement at Field School!

I'm looking forward to seeing everyone's smiling face at school tomorrow.  I hope everyone had an enjoyable spring break filled with lots of family time <3

Have you heard your child singing... the ants go marching one, by one, hurrah, hurrah!?!?  We've been singing it daily!  We also read the book, Hey, Little Ant

Toy food was spread around our room. The class took turns collecting food and being the "Queen"
Our classroom ants have been working hard as well, making tunnels in our ant hill.
The children created observational drawings of our ant hill.
Ms. A read The Grouch Ladybug.  The class then sequenced the animals/insects in the story by size.
We also learned about insect homes and went on a hunt using binoculars!
